At the Studio level, Brenna & Co. serves as a trusted strategic advisor. At the Suite level, we step inside the business as an embedded operating office. At the Executive level, Brenna & Co. functions closer to a Chief of Staff presence, supporting leadership-level coordination and decision-making.
In every tier, you remain the decision-maker. The House provides the judgment, structure, visibility, and stewardship that help the business move forward with greater discipline and less constant reaction.
residency tiers
The Residency is structured in tiers based on the level of operational coverage and leadership required inside the business. Each tier reserves a defined level of operational capacity within the House.
Residency engagements are monthly retainers. The reserved operational capacity ensures Brenna & Co. can provide thoughtful oversight, coordination, and systems development without overextending the work across unlimited requests.
Unused capacity does not roll forward and does not convert to credits.
The STUDIO

The Studio Residency helps you think. The Studio is for the founder who wants high-level perspective, strategic guidance, and honest business judgment from someone who is not on payroll and not afraid to tell the truth.
It is a consistent outside advisor, a second brain, and a truth-teller. It is not Brenna & Co. embedded inside the business. Studio is for the founder who wants clear thinking, not someone to monitor inboxes, coordinate vendors, build workflows, organize files, or run projects from the inside.

The Studio Residency includes advisory email support for strategic questions between scheduled sessions. It is designed for concise decision support and strategic guidance, not ongoing operational management, inbox review, project coordination, or daily correspondence.
Studio communication is reviewed during business hours and is intended for strategic advisory matters. If volume, urgency, or complexity begins to require embedded review, operational visibility, or coordination with other parties, the House may recommend Suite or Executive Residency.

The Suite Residency helps you see. The Suite is for the founder whose business has grown beyond what one person can accurately hold, report, or interpret alone. It gives the House visibility into the operation, so advice is grounded in facts rather than founder reporting alone.

Suite allows Brenna & Co. to see, understand, advise, organize, and coordinate. It does not make the House your full-time operator, executive assistant, inbox manager, client service manager, salesperson, legal advisor, accountant, or implementation team.
It does not include major offer creation, new framework development, repositioning, full website copy, website build, or visual branding. It does not include daily inbox management, customer service, sales calls, legal advice, accounting or tax advice, full implementation of new business architecture, founder proxy leadership, or unlimited calls, texts, or urgent access.
Creation belongs in The Blueprint. Leadership-level proxy support belongs in The Executive Residency.

The Executive Residency helps you lead. The Executive is for the founder whose business requires senior-level support across leadership, vendors, professionals, initiatives, and decision-making. It is for the moment when you need Brenna & Co. not only to see what is happening, but to help move priorities across the business.
The Executive includes everything in Suite, with deeper leadership involvement. Where The Suite sees and stewards, The Executive helps lead and move.
a executive residency includes:
Executive-level planning
Leadership meeting participation
Stakeholder coordination
Vendor and contractor leadership
Hiring support
Founder proxy support where appropriate
